Asher Allweiss, MBA, obtained his formal education in Real Estate and Finance from Florida International University. Asher is experienced in both residential and commercial real estate sales and financing. His goal in every one of his client’s transactions is simplicity and seamlessness. Asher’s extensive knowledge and ability allow him to guide his clients through every step of the real estate process. Asher is experienced in commercial real estate financing and by utilizing his years of experience representing buyers and sellers in residential and commercial transactions is uniquely qualified to offer Darkhorse's service from pre-acquisition to closing.
As the principal of Darkhorse Capital Group, LLC, Asher is responsible for the overall leadership, growth, direction, and strategic planning for a variety of projects. Asher aims to always maximize the outcome for his clients and lender partners in all his transactions. Known for his extensive market knowledge and unmatched devotion to his clients, Asher’s continual growth and success are based almost exclusively on referrals. He has earned the respect of colleagues and clients alike by working tirelessly on their behalf and offering candid advice.
In addition to his work, Asher dedicates his time to a variety of charities and boards. Asher serves as the Membership Secretary of the Plainview Old-Bethpage Chamber of Commerce, is an active participant as a Board Member on the Young Professional Board for the charity New Ground Inc and is on the Young Leadership Board for Friends of Jerusalem College of Technology.
